What Lies Before Us

Review

A riot, brilliantly funny. What happens when you're stranded in the woods stays stranded in the woods, unless its chlamydia. A serious, sharp performance that captures the ruthlessness of the great outdoors and the things we endure for our work. Watch as two men fight each other, themselves and the elements trying to make their own mark on history. A three person play by morris panych. We watch through the window as a pair of mountain surveyors await the rest of their team. With cultural diversity and the stress of the great north, a Chinese, an Englishman, and a Scottish man go on a life-changing camping trip. Brilliant writing and witty comedy performed by true talent. You've never been on a camping trip like this, and hopefully you never will. Eating birds and tying ropes to the moon all while trying to come to terms with fate and misfortune. This one might get too real to quick and chill you to the bone, but you'll go home grateful for hot water and food in the fridge. Reviewed by Talis Hardy.

A must see if you want to see the best butt in the fringe! But seriously, super funny and engaging. It exceeded all my expectations and Patrick Maloney was superb! Do yourself a favour and go see this! It kept me smiling and laughing throughout the whole show.
